Fearfully and Wonderfully Made

A single human being.
A breathing soul.
Blood flowing through the veins
Seeking to be affirmed and whole.

His inner voice I hear
masked by the drifting sounds
that trace the clouds of fear.

Amidst the turmoil
twirling the conflicting steer
as I look past the images
painted to discard his tears.

Is their one
that will stop and listen
to the need that seems unreachable
by the drifting principle
touching the inside of the being
reaching pass what others are only willing to see?

Taking their words to realize their own destiny
filling the void they are so seeking
yet resisting the rightful history
of being fearfully and wonderfully made.

Redirecting to objectivity
finding place for opportunity
renewing dreams of possibility
A single human being.
A breathing soul.

Longing to be whole.
