The words around are depressing
the reports conflicting
the messages heartbreaking
is there any good news?
People raking what they are seeing
passing it on without seeking
a virus of believing
is there any good news?
Man shall not live by bread alone
but by every word that proceeds
and that we seek this day
is there any good news?
Drown out the noise
So I can hear your voice
Lead my every choice
Yes there is.
